"We originally called Moore out to quote us on an entire drain line repair. Another company had scoped the line and told us that it would be $20K to replace. When Moore came out, they scoped the line and found that the line did not in fact need replaced. They did however locate a large piece of metal pipe that the other contractor had accidentally dropped into our line. Clay checked in on us multiple times to make sure the other company repaired the area of pipe with the piece in it. We called him out the next week to do a drain cleaning to remove some roots.
